Shine Maritime will review the information collected from the interviews with management to discuss ways in which your logistics processes can be improved, and potential next steps in the project.

What services do you offer to improve our transportation & distribution network?

Shine Maritime can also assist you in reducing transportation-related expenses by performing transportation system audits, establishing carrier negotiations and a systematic review of all vendors and their performance. Our review will determine the optimal routes and partners for inbound freight and optimizing outbound routes to minimize distance traveled and reduce costs.
